From Route 128:  Take exit 14 and go right on Route 133.  Wellspring House is one mile on the right, at 302 Essex Avenue.  It is a rambling brown house with ample parking in front.

From Route 128:  Take exit 14 and go right on Route 133.  Go to the end of the street (the ocean, about 3 miles from the highway).  Turn left to go over the Draw Bridge and take the left at the light after the bridge.  That is Centennial Ave.   Go up and over a large, steep hill (past the High School on the left). At the top of the hill the road widens significantly and there is an island in the middle of the street.  Turn left there (a right would put you on Commonwealth Ave.) onto Emerson Ave.  We are two thirds down the street on the left.
